Maintenance Contract Customers will recieve:
- A detailed inventory of system hardware and software
- A Network Configuration Diagram
- A written basic security review
- A scheduled maintenance plan
Services performed as part of a Maintenance Contract:
- Hardware diagnostic check
- Operating system diagnostics
- File system maintenance (defrag, temporary file deletion, etc.)
- Operating system and application updates installed
- Review of local backup procedures
- Answers to common end-user questions
- User maintence (add/delete network users)
- Regular Cleaning of systems
- Error log maintenance and system check
- Update of anti-virus signature files, if necessary
- Verification of backups
- Verification of battery unit(s) connected server or workstations
- Recommendation for any issues found on the system

- Cost of Hardware or Software needed to miantain your system
- Installation and configuration of new software or hardware
- Virus Infections
- User Problems (Misuse of hardware, incorrect settings, carelessness e.t.c.)
- External computer peripherals (E.g. scanners, printers, digital cameras, speakers, game controllers, e.t.c.)
- Additional system configuration (Network configuration, internet and e-mail setup)
- Acts of GOD / natural disasters (lightning strikes, power surges, flood, earthquake, terrorist attacks, war)
- Backing up, Transfer and retrieval of data
- Software / OS problem (Any problems related to corrupted OS, incompatible drivers, software unstable)
- Upgrading of hardware or Software
